The Sinethemba Community Organization was registered as a non - profit organization (NPO 042 735) in 2005. Through grass-roots involvement and transformation leadership, Sinethemba contributes to lasting change in Khayelitsha. For more than five years now, Sinethemba has encouraged members of the Harare community to participate in uplifting their own community.
Nolitha Ndalasi, Chairperson of Sinethemba
Nolitha grew up in Lusikisiki, Eastern Cape and graduated with Matric from the Holy Cross High School. She received a degree in Community Development from UWC (University Western Cape) and has been working as a Community Developer in Khayelitsha since 2006.
Mninawe Ndalasi, Executive Director of Sinethemba
Mninawe grew up in Cofimvaba, Eastern Cape and graduated from Falo High School with Matric. He received a Diploma in Business Administration from Technikon in Cape Town and presently works as a Community Developer in Khayelitsha.
